About us

Our approach to training

We use evidence-led, ethical training techniques.

We concentrate on creating a strong healthy relationship where the dog can flourish; showing their natural behaviours whilst also living in a modern household. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach, so each training plan will be tailored to help get the most out of each session.

Our approach to walking

Small, tailored groups - always.

We create harmonious groups where each dog has an exciting and well-managed walk. We match dogs based on a number of factors, including temperament, age and location and walk no more than 5 dogs per walker. All walks are timed from when we enter the park to when we leave, with added time for pick-up and drop-offs so you can ensure your dog is spending a full hour in the park. There is an additional option for your dog to join two consecutive group walks with a water and chill break in between.

Meet the Team

Maya

Founder & Trainer

As a child I was dog obsessed! I’d walk neighbour’s dogs and loved visiting my grandad in the Cotswolds as all his friends had dogs to walk (and to see him of course).

In 2016 I started volunteering at a greyhound kennels where I learnt how to handle a myriad of personalities and what behaviours to look out for. I also ended up with not one but two(!) greyhounds to steal the sofa every night.

Studying to be a dog trainer confirmed to me that I have the best job in the world. Everyday I get to help dogs and their owners to be happy and fulfilled: whether that’s showing their owner the ropes, or walking with the crew. And, at the end of the day, I still go home to mine.

Walker

I’ve been a dog lover for as long as I can remember. Jazz, my childhood dog, was my first love and I learnt so much about dogs’ intelligence, loyalty and emotional complexity over the course of her life.

I never thought I’d be able turn my love of dogs into a career but, after meeting Maya and discovering our mutual dog-obsession, she asked me if I wanted to join her business - from then on we formed a great partnership and lifelong friendship!

Since then, I’ve got a pup of my own, Rupert, and between him and the dogs we walk, I learn something new about our best furry friends each day. I count myself so incredibly lucky that I get to do a job that I genuinely love, surrounded by the best canine and human company!
