Maya is highly knowledgeable and has shared lots of strategies to help us train and keep our dachshunds happy.

  • Maya and Maddy have worked with my flat-coated retriever, Isla, since she was a puppy. Isla quickly bonded with them and they are now a favourite part of her world – and a vital part of mine! As well as being reliable, flexible and always ready to advise on doggy problems, M and M have successfully trained Isla when her manners have slipped.   • I have been using DogKind for walks twice a week for the past year and have always found them to be reliable, knowledgeable and generally brilliant! Communication has always been excellent and I have appreciated the good advice I have been given and the little updates on progress with recall and other aspects of my puppy’s behaviour. I have no doubt that regular walks with Maddy have meant that he is socialised and happy in the company of other puppies and dogs. A walk in the park were recommended to me by a friend and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others. The only problem I have now is that I often find my dog waiting desperately next to the front door for his other humans to pick him up!

Within a few sessions Maya quickly introduced a number of fun strategies that Ness enjoyed and responded to, which I could use easily myself. In addition Maya has a wonderful manner, is extremely reliable and knowledgeable and is an absolute ‘natural’ with dogs - a dream dog trainer!
